Our Shipping Policy
As an online retailer, we offer free shipping for orders over $100.00 and 10$ shipping for anything less. Delivery is made within 48 hours after your order is completed and paid. Delays may occur due to internal problems or bad weather conditions: rain, snow, storm and ice. However, the delay should never exceed one week after your completed order. If the delay exceeds one week, the shipping cost will be refunded or $10 will be taken off your order.
Returns
Our refund policy will be 30 days from the date of shipment for all products. To return a damaged or undesired item we accept exchange up to 30 days after purchase.
To return a product you must mail the product to the store address and we will refund the cost of your order within 3-5 business days of receiving it at the office.
If you want to exchange the product, you may send the product to the company address and we will send the new product to you as soon as we have received it.
Warranty Information
Our Policy
Our warranty will be 2 years for all products, as sweat can break down materials easily. If there are any issues with shipping or payment, we will offer support by offering a discount or resending the product free of charge.
